We welcome all students back for the 2024-25 academic year at Champlain! This year, we will operate college break bus services for Champlain students to and from Connecticut (Hartford & Bridgeport, CT), New York (White Plains), New Jersey (Montvale, Woodbridge & Robbinsville), King of Prussia, PA and the Metro Boston area (Tyngsborough, Newton & Logan Airport).

Over the past few years, we have attempted to offer bus services over the Winter Break period (end of Fall term in December and beginning of Spring term in January) to varying degrees of success.
From our experience, only a fraction of interested students are able to use the service due to their move out/move in schedules and we are limited to how much service we can offer due to limited resources.
After careful consideration of these circumstances, we have decided to implement the following policy for the 2024-25 Winter Break period:
Service will only operate in January, returning to Champlain
Pricing specific to Winter Break trips only will be applied (in general it is approximately $60 more per person than regular fares to account for the fact that we have less students and the same fixed costs to operate)
Understanding that this period usually brings the heaviest demand for luggage and supplies, each reserved passenger can bring one additional large luggage piece under the bus 3 (vs. 2) and 2 carry ons (vs 1) aboard the bus.
If we do not receive enough interest at least 2 weeks prior to the trip, your payment will be refunded
Our CREDIT AND EXCHANGE policy for all other Breakliner trips DOES NOT APPLY TO WINTER BREAK SERVICE. NO CREDITS AND NO EXCHANGES WILL BE OFFERED ON CANCELLATIONS OF WINTER BREAK TICKETS.

A 5% processing fee will be applied for each ticket purchased during the checkout process. This fee helps us pay the costs associated with selling and servicing your reservation.

Each reserved passenger is allowed one (1) carry-on bags to be brought onto the bus and two (2) suitcase style luggage pieces to be placed under the bus. If you need to transport additional luggage aside from this allotment, you must book another ticket. No boxes or crates will be allowed on the bus. No exceptions.
WINTER BREAK ONLY:
Each reserved passenger is allowed two (2) carry-on bags to be brought onto the bus and three (3) suitcase style luggage pieces to be placed under the bus. If you need to transport additional luggage aside from this allotment, you must book another ticket. No boxes or crates will be allowed on the bus. No exceptions.
All bags and large items transported under the bus must have appropriate identification and are transported at your own risk. CoTo Travel and our partner contractors shall not be liable for any lost, stolen or damaged luggage.

Our company manages this transportation program in cooperation with Champlain College. To fulfill our obligation to you, our guest and the college, we contract with reputable, fully insured motorcoach companies. While most trips will operate with vehicles equipped with restrooms, there may be instances where we may use smaller vehicles including mini buses and vans to operate the trip. We will provide full guidance on what type of bus to expect, what it looks like, and in most cases, the name of the driver or greeter to whom you will check in with the day before each trip via email.
While we do request equipment with electrical outlets and seatbelts, we cannot guarantee these amenities will be present on all buses. Due to the inconsistent nature of WiFi signal quality on coach buses, we no longer offer onboard WiFi as an amenity, though some buses may offer a network based on availability.

Please note that reservations made for this service are non-refundable. Any cancellation made by a purchasing party will result in a full forfeiture of payment.

You may exchange this reservation for a credit for future travel if the request is made via email to info@cototravel.com at least 7 days in advance of your scheduled departure. Any request made within this 7 day window will not be granted and the cancellation policy listed above will be enforced.
Winter Break/Start-End of Term Exclusion = No credits will be offered for reservations cancelled relating to Winter Break or End/Start of Term trips.

Guests who require the use of a wheelchair during their travel with us MUST email us at info (at) cototravel.com to indicate this need when they are reserving their tickets online. We can guarantee any special needs requests made within 48 hours of a trip’s departure.

When you purchase your ticket, you will receive two emails, one from PayPal and the other from our company, CoTo Travel. If you do not immediately see the second email from CoTo Travel please check your Spam folder. We have received reports that all email accounts connected to Gmail, including select UVM emails, have had their reservations placed in the Spam folder. Please check here first prior to contacting us.

When checking in for our bus, please show us your PDF ticket and a valid photo ID (drivers license, non drivers license, passport or NYC ID card). The ticket is sent to you in an email with your confirmation and credit card receipt. You may show your ticket on your smartphone or other device or print it out.

Our service is not affiliated with Champlain College and is operated independently of the university.
